During the renovation, the pool is closed and all guests, tenants, and owners have no access. We apologize for the inconvenience and Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation!**** --------------This is a legal vacation rental unit--------------- This unit owns a Nonconforming Use Certificate (NUC# 90/TVU1633) which allows doing the short-term rental legally. --------------Location--------------- Royal Kuhio is in the heart of Waikiki, a quick walk to over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainments and also to the International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Just beyond is the famous Waikiki Beach which is great for surfing, swimming, or relaxing under the sun. Transportation – The bus stop is right in front of the building. Also the “Biki” bike share station is at the side of the building. Car Rental is available by Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Island Colony which is a block away. Cafes & Other stores – McDonald’s and Starbucks Coffee are located across from the street, Organic restaurant “Heavenly Island Cafe” which is good for BReakfast is located inside Shoreline Hotel Waikiki is a block away! There are 100 of shops, restaurants, and entertainments within walking distance and many guests do not even need to rent a car! Beach – Famous Waikiki Beach is just few minutes walk (0.5km)! It’s great for surfing, swimming, or just relaxing. --------------Unit & Building Amenities--------------- 1 Bedroom 1 bathroom unit (436 sq ft living area + 80 sq ft lanai) Sleeps of 4 Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit has a partial oceanview and come fully equipped with a complete kitchen, two full-size beds and a queen sofabed in the living room. The bedroom and bedroom is separated by an accordion curtain. Floor: 16th floor Beds: 2 Full size beds + 1 queen size sofa bed WIFI + TELEPHONE : Wi-Fi and local calls are complimentary Washer/Dryer: Rows of coin washers and dryers located on the 7th floor. Mail: The guests will have not access to the mailbox. 7th floor – Amenity area: Pool (currently closed), BBQ, fitness center, coin laundry is located. The guests will have all access to the building 7th floor amenity. -------------- Parking --------------- Parking is available at $15/night upon request and advanced payment is required. We have limited number of stalls and it is first-comes, first-served basis. Please request via email in advance to secure the spot 3days before your check in date if you are renting a car.
