  Gilbert I does not recommend this vacation rental.

  Unit was very nice and comfortable. property maintenance down graded because of AC failure. First call to repair was not quick and took over a day to repair, unit failed within a day again and they never responded to repair. Good thing we were leaving in a day. View down graded because of limited ocean view. Broken sport equipment should have been replaced or not listed as an amenity. Had higher expectations due to cost, therefore would not recommend due to cost.
