  This spacious unit was very comfortable. Everything about it was exactly as described/pictured. The place was very clean, and it was clear that the management cared about the property and wanted the residents to have a good visit. While expensive - to me, anyway - I would recommend this unit to a visiting family looking for space to spread out and a lovely environment.

  The location/rental was as described, beautiful view, outside of the city (which we desired), and on the beach. We had a couple of minor issues, but everything worked out when we contacted the Villas management team. The rental can sleep 8 and we didn’t see that the pull out couch was an inflatable mattress at first. Despite directions for everything else in the unit, there weren’t any directions for the bed so we had to contact the onsite host Lynn. The Villa also lacked some basic kitchen needs, like a spatula for one. And Lynn provided one for us. Those could use updating and the size of the plates are actually too big for the dishwasher to close, and a new large skillet that would allow you to cook just like at home. (A flat skillet, not one with the ringed pattern in it) Like I said, minor issues unless you ARE trying to feed a family of 7/8 and need to be efficient and quickly cook larger meals. Bottom line, we would stay in this unit again for sure, we loved the double-wide sliding doors that open the kitchen to the balcony. The location is convenient to some very nice eateries, a small grocery and ice cream place. A Costco is just an exit or two away on the freeway. Snorkeling nearby was good, even saw a couple sea turtles.
